These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sunday Kari Mart mobile application (“App”) provided by Sunday Kari Mart (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Account Registration: To use our App, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Ordering and Delivery: The App allows you to place orders for meat products. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including delivery address and payment details. We strive to deliver orders promptly and maintain the quality and freshness of our products. However, delivery times may vary and are subject to factors beyond our control.
3. Payment: Payment for orders must be made through the payment methods provided in the App. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. All payments are final, and refunds or exchanges may be subject to our discretion.
4. User Conduct: You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any unauthorized or unlawful activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access, tampering, or disruption of the App’s functionality.

7. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its content. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.
9. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Chennai city.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sunday Kari Mart regarding the use of the App. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
